I agree the scales of Justice are way out of wack!! However I think she got exactly what she deserved. Be ready, willing and able to suffer the consequences of your actions. She knew better driving like a Fing idiot something would happen. She took 2 peoples lives and now must pay a price.
She will do 5 or 6 at the most unfortunately, that is the sad part.
Whoever posted Florida is serving 80% of a sentence, check your facts, I say no way!! The only people with no Parole are the Feds, believe me on this one I know for a fact.

As you can see, dramatic increases in percentage of time served were made during the 90's in Florida.

A drunk driver T boned another car at an intersection killing the 19 year old female driver the drunk got 12 months home dentition and 12 months licence suspension , apparently she was agrophobic and couldn't be in a small place but had no problem going into bars
To kill a biker with a car here they get a slap on the wrist with a wet bus ticket maybe 12 month licence supension and a fine
