To each his own I suppose. Personally, I think the whole skull thing is sophomoric. It's one level above putting baseball cards in our spokes.

Don't care for graphics on jackets. I do have FC gear and it's good quality stuff but it would be cool if they offered some of it in brown (dark or light colored) and not just the standard 'biker black'.

UUgh. More skulls? The whole skull thing is sooooooo played out, I'm tired of it already.

The 'skull thing' came from vets returning from WW2 who had insignia from their enemies. Skull insignia (from certain SS divisions) on the riding jacket showed what a badass the wearer was in the war (you could only get them from the uniform of a German soldier). Same goes for Iron Crosses: they were taken from killed/captured German soldiers (now the catalogs call them 'Maltese crosses', though they are not true Maltese crosses).

If only that generation of bikers could see that all you have to do now is buy your Willie G skulls and 'Maltese cross' taillights, etc.

.......

Fox Creek makes some quality stuff, but they skipped the groove on this one. They should just stay away from the graphics.
That's right...same with wearing a German helmet. WWII vets came home with war trophies. Now it's a fashion statement by the fashion lemmings trying desperately to be "badass biker fashionable". Oooo, scary!

I thought the Willie G skull collection was a self portait of Willie G.

PS.. my dad has a jap rifle he brought home from the pacafic and the chysanthemum has been grinded off, how he got his was the army had a boxcar full of them and they were handing them out. it has a stock made of pine. when I was a kid we used to play soldiers with it running around the neighorhood lol

I like that, what about changing some names.
Instead of "Iron Butt" we call it "Megasoreasses"

I like some skull imagery. Honestly, it suits Harley.

This jacket, however, went over the top. It would look better to me if it only had one skull on the back and sleeves. The three on the front and all the barb wire pushed too far.
