I wouldn't confuse oil pressure with oil flow. At idle there is no strain on the engine, so as long as the oil is getting pumped up to the top, it should be fine. Were not talking about letting it sit there and idle indefinately.

I usually switch from beer to shots on colder days. Warms me right up.
