just spent $150 on Cold Gear
....I've never met anyone that had them, but have read some decnet reviews.
Andybody wear the tops and bottoms? I think it's the 3.0.
Am I getting my $$'s worth? I guess I'm going to find out one way or another........

I have the 1.0,2.0 & 3.0's
I've used the 1 & 2 and am very impressed. With the 2.0 I was able to leave off a lot of extra gear to stay warm.
I am waiting on it to get cold enough for the 3.0's.
Their stuff works very well. Expensive but I think they are worth it.

Just used the 3.o top and bottom combo on a trip from LA to CA through Arizona and New Mexico. Some morning temps in the 20s. Worked fine. I think you'll be glad you got 'em. Also used AU's thermal socks. Much better than the the normal thermal tops and bottoms. Enjoy the ride...

Actually I've found it to be not as warm as you might think. It's claim to fame is wicking moisture away from your skin when exerting yourself. It's not in the least wind resistent (quite the opposite.) I find a fleece based thermal underwear to be much warmer. Costs alot less too. I've used both extensively, as I work outside and ride year round. My $.02
