Had the exact same conversation with the wife when i told her I wanted to get back into bike riding. Her first response was, ..."well, get a trike then". I told her that would be like like riding a mini-convertible. It just ain't the same and it requires a totally different set of skills to acquire. It ain't a motorcycle.

That said, I know two friends who have trikes and it is really the only way for them to ride, so I think that is just great. Hell, like someone said before, I just may be in one myself some day.

Count me in...I know I'll be on a trike someday cuz I've got bad ankle, knee and hip...all of them on my right leg. Don't care what others have to say since I know I can throttle, shift gears and ride just like a two wheeled motorcycle.
