I've never done business with them yet, but when I emailed them about DinoVelvet's post, they jumped right on it. I was impressed and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them. I honestly think they didn't know he never got his shield.

Guys......I've been in constant contact with a gentleman by the name of Rob. I've never experienced such attention and care from any company in my life. He really was surprised that I had "fallen through the cracks" as it were and He's basically fallen over backwards to make sure everything has been taken care of.
All this from a guy who has been off for the weekend, he's been in contact with me through his iphone and won't actually have it in the mail till he gets to the shop on Monday morning.
I will take pics of the screen when it arrives and post them here.
I would definately give Rob a HUGE +1 and I sure would recommend others in the market for a windscreen to give him and his company a serious consideration.
This is the customer service ALL business's should strive for.

Ok Rob fixed the problem for you. Now the question is, who was the rep who contacted you and who were you emailing that never got back to you? Be sure and let Rob know so he can kick his ***. oops...... I mean give him some constructive criticism hehe
