I had the rivits on the headlight bucket work loose, they replaced the entire headlight assy. Had a defect in the primary case, clutch cover mating surface had a groove in it that allowed the stock o-ring to seal but the gasket for aftermarket cover leaked. Dealer replaced entire outer primary case. The wiring harness for the rear brake light failed, no brake light, dealer replaced. That's about all the issues I had while under warranty!

I have a 06 & 09(1 year so far). Never had a warranty issue with either. Lucky I guess. Nah, just good bikes.

The bike caused whining from my wife. Warranty wouldn't cover it, so I had to get divorced.

Cost me half my $hit, but I still have the bike.

My engine cases leaked oil at the split at around 18 mths, got it fixed under warranty. They had to pull the motor and split the cases, flywheels out, everything. I wanted the dealer to put in SE stroker flywheels and big bore kit, but HD would not come at it. Tried every dealer within 200 miles, same story, no engine upgrades under warranty work! They finally agreed to swap out the cams and charge me just for the part, better than nothing.

My '09 FXD with 13,000+ miles...not a thing wrong with it, and not worried about anything going wrong with it during or after my one year of warranty is left.

08 Road King with 19400 miles and the Y pipe split, had 13 days left before the warranty expired.
