I had the infamous rocker box leak on my Nighster that required a new rocker box for one cylinder as it was claimed to be warped from the factory.

My Street Bob had an electrical issue that killed the turn signals and brake lights within a week of ownership. Took them countless hours to find the fray in the wiring harness. I was scared it would take a new wiring harness.

They replaced a turn signal bulb under warranty too. Surprise surprise.

No more issues. Over 11,000 so far on my ’09. Seems to be solid.

In 24k on our 07 heritage

(1)Glass in the oil temp gage broke,
(2)rear brake/turn/running lite switch fried.
(3)replaced the stock SE K&N air filter.

so 1 thing that came on bike and 2 things I bought later.

With 100,000+ members I'm sure you can pick a part and someone has had it fail.

09 crossbone, going to be giving the dealer a call, both my throttle and idle cables are kinked at the head tube.
I had them install the windshield mount before I picked it up so I don't know if thats why they're kinking.

37000 miles = Battery, Starter, Master cylinder cover leak, Small inner primary seal leak (small like one drip per week) that I used to get a chrome inner primary for cheap.
Oh! I forgot, I had a wire chafe through near the battery that caused the bike to stall when I washed it (electrical tape and moved the wire over a bit).
