I just got mine from ebay. They are "Bikers Choice" which I was told is a middle of the road company- not the best but not the worst, they seem pretty good quality to me. I believe they are the same ones sold through J&P Cycles but cheaper. You'll find that there isn't a lot of choices for forward control extensions for 1999 and older. The forward controls are way worth it though! Here's the link to the ones I got.

I got the Kurykan extensions for my 99WG from Eastern Performance. The price was pretty decent and the extra 3" makes a big difference.

I got the arlen ness 3" extensions and they work very well. I think they make some that will fit your bike.

I have the ness 3 inch extensions. They're great. Brakeline replacement wasn't hard at all.
