Hairspray works well also. I've put several sets of grips on over the years with 3M spray adhesive I have at the house for matting photos. Works great, never had one come loose.
I don't think you would want to re-glue the right grip to the bar. I'm thinking the rubber inside the casing is glued to the plastic sleeve that is under the rubber. The ISO looks like it has 3 layers, the outside metal cage, the middle rubber grip & the inner plastic sleeve. The sleeve slides over the bar & is held in by the housing & cables. The rubber is probably glued to the plastic sleeve.

Well I have a like new right ISO with the throttle boss. I tried to get a new left grip from Kury but they want 40 bucks for it. If you want it I 'll ship it to you for 15.
