What leather jacket do you wear?

RE: What leather jacket do you wear?
I have a "classic biker" leather jacket that I wear all the time. It's not a brand name. I bought it at a local leather store a couple of years ago. It weighs a ton, but is very soft.
Cheers!

I wear a Fox Creek braided racing jacket, plus a Fox Creek Buffalo Nickel braided vest under it in really chilly weather. Made in the USA, these are the best-quality, non-custom leather items I have seen. Aside from that, they stand behind their goods with a lifetime warranty, and the entire customer service/ordering process is an experience in itself.
The Fox Creek jacket is fine well into the 80s with the vents open, as long as you're moving. Hotter than that and I wear a leather/mesh jacket.
A lot of responses have mentioned the H-D Nevada jacket. That's a nice jacket for sure, but you do see them pretty much wherever you look.

What can one say, some buy for function, some to look cool on bike nite.. used to be leather was for one thing, save your hide if/when you went down, keep your butt warm on cool nights..its only on bike forums such as this is the question is ever brought up.. just spent 3 days at a rally and not once in talking to other riders was that subject brought up, I guess when there is drinking to be done, naked chicks to watch and bikes to ride, one really dosen't think much about leathers, unless of course he is trying to look cool, and pose., LOL[sm=biker.gif]

I have a switchback I will wear til it gets pretty cold (I live in CA so pretty cold will be like 50 )....then I have a Leather from Wilson's Leather of decent quality with an inner liner.
Hubby bought and FXRG (non-leather) and he loves it...only complaint is that it is a bit stiff at the neck...We also got a pair of the FXRG gloves ($120) for him thrown in with my bike.

Ditto on the jacket from Fox Creek. I have their vest and vented leather jacket. The quality and durability in both products just jumps out at you. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Awesome to hear so many Fox Creek fans.. simply supports my choice.
The HD leather is pretty good, but I wasn't impressed. For those prices..
..I had better be impressed.
