Sold my Sportster
I've been trying to sell my Sportster for a while. My original plan was to sell it first and then buy a touring bike. Well, a deal came together that I didn't want to pass up and I wound up buying my RK before I sold my Sportster.
So....then came the big push to sell the Sporty. And as much as I wanted/needed to get rid of it.....I felt a tear come up in my eye when I saw someone else riding off on my first HD.
I'm the type of person that doesn't want to get rid of anything....

I feel your pain! My first bike and first harley was an 02 sportster. Just this year i got an 06 Heritage softail, now i love the sportster but its time was limited. I had to put it up for sale and watch some other guy ride off on my baby. the only thing that made it better was the guy just came back from iraq and this was a present too himself
