Full face helmet and neck gaiter (sp?) Even alot of guys who don't wear helmets will wear them in cold just for a bit of warmth.

That's pretty much my cold weather head/neck gear except it's a FF helmet all the time and a tight weave stocking cap plus the other things. That neck gaiter is the best $3 I spent at Hell-Mart, it keeps me warmer than the over the head balaclava by itself.
