Cool

Harley-Davidson, Marvel Comics and a Teutal in the same sentence...

Someone got paid to come up with marketing strategy like that?

Just when it looks like things have hit bottom, someone grabs a shovel and starts digging...

I don't understand the correlation between the article referencing Harley Davidson and the Marvel ad with Paul Sr.

All this means is Marvel is teaming with Harley, OCC and Monster Jam in some co-marketing campaigns. The campaigns will be undertaken separately. I doubt you'll see all four companies in a single ad.

My 22 year old daughter got her motorcycle license earlier this year. I asked her if she heard of Marvel comics. Her response was "What?"

I'm 43 and I have heard of Marvel comics, never bought or read one. The only characters I would recognize would be those that made it to TV.

Kind of a mixed message with the photo of a kid on a Yamaha Virago getting a ticket from a cop on a Harley. But hey, I must admit that marketing is not miy thing.

I'm with Geoff on this, the MoCo has really got it wrong here, especially if Paul Sr. is in anyway linked to H-D
