I'm not sure what I would use the equipment for in addition to making a axle adjusting tool.

Well, if you lack the ability to see potential of having such equipment, you certainly don't need them. Maybe I can think somethin up for you...

Possibly a nice machined niche in a metal plate, framed, and with gold plate finish to show off that fancy tool and your most enviable talent to use metal working tools which would set yourself apart from the hords of 'Tim the Toolman' wannabes?

Personally, I'd rather believe yer a promoter for the companies that sell them. At least I'd have more respect for you then.

Ok, I need to stop. I really had no intention of insulting you, at first. If you feel you need it, it's your dime. The thing which peeves me the most about these tools is the fact that (especially this one) they only cost pennies to manufacture in a third world country stripping jobs from the US, while they cost the general public who doesn't know any better hundreds of dollars. Please accept my appologies.

No problem CroK. I know its all in jest. I already have enough other interests to keep me busy. I just wouldn't have the time to start learning more about metalurgy to make it worth while. At least saving about 40 bucks on it through JIMS rather than the other vendor that is asking $99 is palatable.
