Tough Customs.....Windsor Ontario
If you are in this area and are looking for an experienced/professional tuner, I can highly recommend Tough Customs. An immaculate brand new shop, with an absolute state of the art dyno facility operated by Rick Tomicic. They also design very unique custom bikes and currently have 2 amazing builds underway.
