How do you tell your friends NO!

Sorry, my insurance policy doesn't allow other drives. However we can go to the dealer tomorrow and they will let you test ride one just like it. Or, you can go with the honest approach. "No, you can't ride it, sorry." If they get offended about it they aren't that good of friends. A good friend wouldn't ask.

out of touch with Harley culture
What a nerve your "friends" have. Tell them that all riders have to put up a $2500 cash deposit and sign a waiver form requiring them to pay for any and all damage above the $2500. The waiver should also exempt you from all laibility in case they injure themselves. See how short the line becomes then.

I like this one...straight to the point
You wouldn't be saying that if you saw her...she would take at least 10 whiskeys to look half decent
Also like this one...they would certainly get the idea

I ask if they have a full motorcycle license, not a permit, then if their insurance will cover the bike if they wreck while on it, then I ask them if they have the $500.00 deductible handy if they wreck it under my policy,
By this time they get the picture,

if there real friends you can tell them to screw and they will say *** off and then ya'll can go have a beer or whatever and the line will be drawn.
before i had my jockey shift, if someone didn't have their own bike i just simply told them, sorry, don't trust ya with it, not personal, i just love my bike and don't want it fuked up

I just laugh at them and change the subject. If they might have the ***** to continue asking, I then tell them there is no way in hell!
Do not be afraid to tell them no, if you dont, they will take advantage if you as with what it sounds like they are doing. If they are, they are not real friends anyway... in that case..... just tell em to go **** up a rope!

Why dont you suggest they hire a bike and you all go for a ride together, much more fun that way, I have done that a couple of times with my friends, that way no one gets offended, and now 2 of them have bought their own so we ride together regulary,
