Just what I want in cold weather, not to mention the sparks a skid on your face would do. I'll stick with my Schampa

the diamond plate doesn't touch your skin. It has leather fittings that fit the face. It's actually warm and comfortable. I guess I don't plan on sliding on my face or wrecking like others do....maybe I'm wrong for that. sometimes I wear a helmet, sometimes I don't. I will let you know how it feels when it warms up and I get to test it.
