Do you let friends ride your bike?

Nope, A guy on the board in similar post said any worth over $1000.00 don't lend out. I have adopted that rationale.
No one will respect your belongings like yourself.

Anytime they want to. I have always let my friends ride my bike, and it has no correlation or resemblance to anyone being with my wife. It's a motorcycle, whatever is broken can be repaired. All my friends have bikes, so it's not like a newbie jumping on the bike.

i only have two friends whom i trust with a loaned video game or dvd, so you can only guess how stingy i am with letting people ride my bikes.
to (mis)quote something i heard a while back: "You wanna test ride? No problem, i just need a $9899 safety deposit from ya!"

Only ones who've ever had the opportunity to ride are the ones I've offered it to. It's a motorcycle, NOT a woman. I'm guessing most of the "Hell No" guys here are the same ones who freak out if anyone asks if they've ever riden bitch or would allow a guy to ride bitch. Lighten up. JMHO

Only three have rode my bike. My two nephews and my buddy Jimmy. I trust them all on my bike and Jimmy has the funds (and decency) to compensate me for any damage.

Actually my riding buddies. (2) Every everytime we teak it out our bikes, like add different controls, mufflers, handgrips, suspension changes, etc. It's good to have a second opinion plus it gives me/them a chance to see if they like that change in a bike. Their my ride buddies, if you can't trust them who can you trust. Perfect stranger, no! Mechanics, only the ones I trust to do regular work on my bike. Or a dealership.
