Just to throw in another data point. My BMW (R1200GS) was also a total shitbox. Unreliable, over-priced junk. Never again.

Ever see a 'bagger' in his paintings???? Bwahahaha
In fact, MANY of his paintings, were indeed, fellow members of the El's and "Their" scoots. Some were a li'l pizzt intially, some folx jus' DON'T like their pics in public, for ANY reason.

One of the 'last' places 'round my area, to be able to walk in, and get "OLD" iron parts(knucks, pans, shovels) "off the shelf", is "Isanti Performance", owned and operated, by the El's. Known 'em since the late 70's. Many of 'em, being 'grey beards' now, , are still building, and riding, choppers !!!!

As to the "original" pic in discussion, IMFUO, it's fake, Jake.
(Well, at least I hope like H*LL it is. I'd hate to think it's come to that, but AGAIN, that's JMFUO, as "ooze-ual")

Only this one.......

Sorry Gump. I know you're speaking the truth, I just couldn't help it. It's one picture out of many hundreds that the Master did. Love his work. Thanks for the brief history lesson on him. Didn't know that.

+1 yup.. I got to meet him at the fundraiser @ Antoinette's (decades old biker bar) in Kansas City. Mo. Auctioning off many of his paintings.

The fund raiser was to help him out on his medical bills. there is also a small David Mann Museum at Fathead and Braindeads Bar in Grandview MO. (the bar was sold in Sept so I am not sure it is staying there).
