Looking for a special boot.

I injured my foot many years ago and the ankle has deteriorated over the years. I had trouble pulling on one of my dress boots due to the swelling of the ankle so I took them to the local shoemaker who put a zipper in the boot for me. Cost like $15. Maybe you could consider that.

I have a bad right foot. I lost the big toe and because of numerous operations on the foot, my remaining 4 toes are frozen in place and can't be bent so this makes pull on boots problematic. I can wear regular lace up boots fine, but get tiered of dealing with the laces.
So what I thought would be neat and easy to slip on would be a pair of slip on boots like engineer boots, but with a zipper on the side. Since I can't bend my toes, I can't slide into a high top pull ups unless they had a zipper.
Can anyone steer be towards a source please?
Thanks,
Marsh

Look for
Milwaukee MB410 Classic Harness Leather Motorcycle Boots
They are a classic motorcycle harness boot with a zipper down the back. Saw these is person yesterday...look nice. Shouldn't be hard to find a dealer near you.

This is the boot I have. I have a hard time finding boots that fit me and are comfortable to wear all day. I have a high instep and wide short feet. These boots are great.

Another way to go is to find a loose fitting pair of cowboy boots and have a shoe repair man sew a zipper in the side for you. Make sure the soles are oil resistant. Leather soles are bad for your bikes health at red lights. Too much oil on the road.

no problem. Let us know how they work out.

Redwing Shoes carries a combination lace and zip up Motorcycle boot. I have a pair and love them!
