ca riding laws...
Looking for specifics for clothing requirements for CA riding. I know they have a helmet law. Do I have to have long pants, full sleeves, gloves, etc? Doubt I'd go without any of that stuff but want to know what the law is.
Checked the motorcycle handbook for the state but doesn't clarify what "minimum" gear is required.

Don't forget eye protection. Not sure about CA, but in Illinois eye protection is mandatory. Strangely, a windshield counts as eye protection, and most folks have sunglasses at minimum anyway. I'd hazard a guess that if Illinois mandates eye protection, California has to (Illinois has no helmet law whatsoever).

However, let me check my handbook......It um, er, uh, actually it says all female passengers must wear a G-String while riding on a motorcycle. Does anyone know a person who would like to buy some G-Strings for real cheap?
