It's funny but we always hear of crappy service first but people a basically good...We are so filled with negative stuff like news and stories that it dulls us to a point where we say screw it....somebody else will take care of it or ...i don't have the time or i don't know that schmuck, somebody else will stop...Tom, my hat off to you....Sugar Grove hey!!! i will have to look this place up on my next trip...

 

Great story. But isn't that the way it used to be? Nowadays it's the exception rather than the rule. I'd say Tom is one in a million.
