Where do you put your helmet?

hm, in a couple of decades of daily riding with a full face helmet, i have found that it is best just to take the helmet with me. work, restaurants, bars, dates, and whatever else, i can usually find a decent clean place to stash the helmet.
the bars i frequent usually have helmet racks.
its not a big deal.

Ok I am a recent metric conversion. On my Suzuki, I was able to lock my helmet to it. With my Sporty (no bags), what do I do with my helmet, carry it around?
At bike events or bike friendly venues (enough other riders around keeping an eye out), I don't have a problem leaving it on my seat or bars. But if it is a general public type parking and the bike is out of sight...what do you do with your helmet?

I have a very small keyed lock that fits thru the top bolt hole on my licnese plate. I can lock my helmet to the plate if need be...

It's all good. I agree that there's most likely an abundance of "aquired " helmets on ebay real cheap.

I just stick it on the mirror or hang it from the bars.....not too worried about it.
The bigger question is what do you do with your heavy leather jacket you put on to ward off the morning chill when you get to your destination and its 85 degrees out?.....
