People give him lip because he keeps HIS bike is HIS house instead of HIS garage? THEY are concerned because HE covers HIS bike with HIS cover in HIS house? Sounds like "EVERYONE" needs to get a life and quit worrying about HIS bike and how many miles HE has on HIS bike. I guess I understood what you were trying to say with the original thread but then you added this. Do the people you talk to that "give him lip" really concern themselves with what He does? Doesnt sound like my kinda crowd.

The bike prolly has less than a 1k miles hell maybe even less than 500miles on it. Supposedly the bike has never seen a drop of rain.

It's a beautiful bike and he's one hell of a guy but man I bought my bike to ride. I just had to see if there was anyone else out there like him. Putting the bike in the house because you have no garage and you're worried about theft is one thing...this guy has a garage...

I drive to work. Riding in rush hour traffic on I-35 is just too dangerous.

Depends on the weather....
Good weather = bike
Rainy weather = SUV
Snowy weather = Jeep

Awwwwww, now I'm confused. Sometimes I drive my car to work, but I also ride in it. Other times I ride my bike to work, but I have to drive it there. I guess I'm a rider-driver.

I ride every day I can with only a few exceptions ....... I don't ride below 30 degrees after the first time the road freezes in case there is ice somewhere. I don't ride in snow if it's on the road. I don't ride in the rain if it is hard enough that I can't see well. Beyond that, it's pretty much always.

Yeah, I drive. I’ll ride occasionally, but the thought of when yet another huge chunk of I-40 is going to leave a giant hole for me to ride into is always in the back on my mind.

I ride every day all year around here in San Diego County. My bike is my primary transportation 98% of the time. I have a truck but rarely drive it.

Probably 50/50 based upon time I report to work. Traffic is nightmare at 5-6pm in Durham area of I-40. 100 mile round trip, great on sat and sunday.

I ride everyday I can.. I'll switch off between my bike ( 09 ultra ) and my lovely spousal unit's 883 sporty. ( when she isn't riding it ) Its a short ride in.. but usually I make up for it by takin' the long way home

Cheers
