This past weekend I had to dodge a surfboard that flew out of someone's car. Instead of California trying to pass Senate Bill 435 for pollution and noise, they should look at more severe punishment for those that are causes of accidents. This stuff is all over the nation I'm sure. Where can we voice ourselves and be heard? Any motorcycle association reps here?
