From Amazon web site (not me):

These are a little too cumbersome for my uses. They did not mount well on our helments. The earphones are too fragile. My tiny lady broke her's in her first attempt to plug the earphones into the unit. I now need to purchase a replacement earphone unit for her $29.99.
I'm also disappointed int the Bluetooth applications. They don't interface well with the Midland GXT900 GMRS / FRS Radio. In all fairness, this is short coming is more the falt of the radio. Why have bluetooth and not interface to your own products via bluetooth.
If I had it to do again, I would have gone for the Chatterbox CBX1BTKIT. They are more expensive, but they are much less cumberson........something I demand while riding a motorcycle.
I have had a soft spot for Midland from years ago because of my great experience with my 882B and 882C CB radios. That's why I chose Midland this time. I still have the 882C after 30 years.

use the same system, and I can decide when it works or not by adjusting the volume on the radio.

we use the scala rider Q2 system, and can't say enough good things about it. Bluetooth works great, up to 1/2 mile. telephone connectivity if that's important to you, and the anility to hook up an MP3 or radio for tunes. They are really well built, waterproof and great sound. a bit expensive but after one 10 hour day on the highway...worth it
