Well for any of you who want an update...i pretty much screwed myself on this one. I've been busy with work and school, i forgot where i put my ticket and didn't know the deadline date for telling them i was going to take a safety course rather than fight the ticket. I called the courthouse down there and turns out it was 3 days ago...damn. So I have to write a letter to the judge asking to let me take the course anyway or plead no contest for the citation and appear at a court date the judge gives me. Damn, i need to stop procrastinating.
