I did my own 95" build, including S&S gear drive cams. American Iron magazine has had many tech articles on how to do it yourself. I sent my new pistons, cylinders, and heads to Short Block Charlies to have the reliefs enlarged in the pistons, cylinders bored, and head work done. I reassembled the engine and enjoy the increased torque and HP. I'm not a mechanic but have worked on my own motorcycles since the early 70's.

Thanks for the detailed pictures and list. I want to do this exact build.. Could you share how much the parts were, and where you got them?
