Service manager at dealer checked and thought it was bolt that holds the passenger floor board kit on a softail. No body had a softail excepts my wife and she doesn't have the floor board kit. I guess I will have to wait until someones bike looses a part then we will know. Thanks to those who helped with ideas. I appreciate it.
