Default Wow, I'm jazzed!

My wife passed the MSF class today. She wasn't too sure she would pass yesterday. She was really having a hard time with the clutch and shifting. She had never used a clutch before. Her bike is automatic. But then this morning something clicked and it all came together for her. I've got a new riding buddy now.

Congrats....
Are you going to let her ride her own to the meet and greet?

Congrats! My wife just took her first ride on our little learner bike yesterday. I wanted to teach her some before we got her in the class. Once she has learned the basics in parking lot practice I will get her into the MSF/Riders Edge class. I know for me if I had a little practice first I would have passed the first time and not needed to do it twice to pass.

Again pass on all of our congratulations to your wife!

Tell your wife congrats! Sounds like she did a first class job. Does she plan to keep her current bike or move up to a larger one?

Let her? That's up to her. I don't think she'll be ready for crowds, parking lots, and an audience. She already ran up a curb and into the planter at the Harley dealer. That's what prompted her taking the class. Don't tell her I told you about the crash.

She just got the bike last month. She'll be on it for awhile.

wow thats a really nice bike. I heard the auto bikes eat gas like crazy... whats she have for a left handle lever thing?

Honestly, I didnt think you could fail the MSF course. during mine we had a guy who was just horrible. Couldn't negotiate turns properly, fell during his "S" turn, had problems with clutch/throttle usage.

they passed him.
