I'd be somewhat concerned using them with sealed spoked wheels. I'd think they'd act like a bead blaster and remove the sealant, leading to catastrophic air loss at speed.
Wouldn't a simple rim strip take care of your concern? I would worry more about a spoke failure.
I am sold on the Dyna Beads. I mount my own tires and a lot for friends. We all use the beads in place of the weights, much quicker than setting up a balancer, especially after you figure out how to put the little suckers in.
Just a little tip: When checking your air pressure, make sure the tire is rolled around to the 6 o'clock position or thereabouts. Drained all the air out of my tire once when I did it with the stem at the top and one of the beads was in the valve core
