Dyna Beads...WOW!!!

I don't think that's an issue at all.
Stopped or at low speeds, the micro-beads will most likely gravitate to the floor of the tire at the 6 o'clock position. As you go faster, centrifugal force will keep them suspended outward against the tire-side of the wheel.

Good thread. Got a dealer about 5 miles from my place and going to have to get some to try. My 21" front was a b@#$% to balance.
Also will have to get my buddy with his 280 mph Bonneville lakester to try them.

When it comes to keeping pressure in a tire at speed, I'm not comfortable with "not thinking that's an issue". Those beads are going to be bouncing and rolling around the inside of the wheel when starting and stopping, and on every rotation at speed they'll be coming off the inside surface of the tire when their "spot" hits the ground (the contact patch). Over time, you can't tell me that's not going to have an effect on the rubber sealant on the wheel.

Wanna take a chance with your life and your passenger's?
I don't.

I think I read on their site or somewhere else that they do nothing to correct wheel wobble, they're strickly for balancing the wheel.

In tubeless tires I use the same weight of .2 GM airsoft pellets. Works great and sounds like a maracas when you push the bike around. Because of the constant balancing it doesn't matter if you leave the weight on or take it off. Or take it off at a later date. When changing the tire a shop vac helps to vacumn up the little pellets.
According to a truck driver friend they've been using the beads for a long time. The local sport bike guys love them too.
