Would like to get some advise/first hand experience here. How did you go about purchasing your Harley? Money down, finance through Harley Davidson (interest rates?)? Took a loan out from your bank for the total amount (taxes and all)? Maybe won a brand new Harley through your company?

 

I put $8000 down, financed the remaining 15,000 which includes TT&L for as long as I could to keep payments as low as possible. Interest rate came out at 7.5% I think. payments came out at 240 a month, set it up for automatic payments weekly for $75 a month...so paying around 325 a month not sure how much faster it will pay off paying the extra but it should be quite a bit (I hope)

ok checked 8.9% interest rate, not as good as I was thinking, but not bad considering the bankruptcy that went with my divorce about 4 years ago. If I keep paying the 325 a month looks like it takes it from a 7 year loan to about 4.75 years... however many months that is... course thats figuring it at 325 a month and I'm actually paying 75 a week... it probably makes a difference in the end but the loan amortizer I found didnt do weekly payments soooo......close enough I guess lol

may have to bump that payment up some I was kinda wanting to be done with it in 36 months

Put 1/2 down (cash) financed the rest through the Navy Federal Credit Union, for 2 years, so when the warranty runs out I own it.

 

With hard earned American Dollars! Cash, paid in full! I did finance it at first, paid on it for about two years then paid it off.

I traded in my 95 Ultra in and paid the rest in hard cold cash

 

Half down in cash. Financed the rest for 60 months. Payment $230


I hope to pay it off in about 2 years.

 

Save my money and wrote a check for mine.

 

Sold my 21 Ft Trophy walk around and paid cash. Found I couldn't do them both at the same time, chose ridin over fishing...
