one pipe more black inside than other..why???

Yes sir. Tuner or down load. It will not make any difference on how the exhaust is scavanged. Like tennesse streetglide said. True duals where each cyclinder has its on separate pipe will tell better how each cyclinder is burning.

Default Dual Exhaust

Any vehicle that has a dual exhaust system with a ballance line between the two will always produce more flow through the one exhaust, it is to do with the back pressure and flow between the exhausts,
