Choices, everything relately the same

the road king classic has a cruise control and the others don't.
You can put cast wheels on a classic along with heritage handle
bars and you will have one really fine bike that will make you and
your lady happy

Depends on your experience. If you are a new rider the heritage sits lower and will feel lighter and probably be easier to learn on. The touring bikes will be more comfortable, especially on long rides.
Why not take each for a test ride, and/or rent for a day or weekend many dealers will allow you to put rental fees towards purchase.

+1. I rode all 3 & loved the RK's but went with the Heritage. My wife, who rides with me a lot, liked the Heritage too. A big part of our decision was the "B" motor. It's so smooth riding through small towns & has no problem on the highway. That's why we have choices. Anyone who rules out the Heritage has tunnelvision

As an owner of both, for two up riding it's the RKC all the way & the cruise & ABS are both great features that are not available on the FLSTC. But for an all round bike that will take you to the local dive or across the country, you got to love the Heritage. Decide what your going to do most often & make your decision, they are both great bikes.
