This pretty much explains it all, My son graduated from MMI and I would say it worked good for him in his growing up process, but he would have learned more just staying at our shop with hands on. YOu be better off to get a job as a helper in a HD shop for six months. Tell them they don't have to pay you, if you adapt and work out, I'm sure they will keep you, If not you didn't loose 18 months of your lide and $25,000.00
ive been a tech for 5 years. did not go to MMI. what i can tell you is that it is pricey, you can get hired straight out of school but dont expect top dollar, winter sux a$$ for making any money in the field, and if your not mechanically inclined no amount of school is gonna make you a master tech. if you wanna know anything else send me a message with specific questions
