I saw a thread that I cannot seem to find now. It was about some smaller bags that went under the seat like saddlebags but were smaller and under your thighs almost.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

 

Sounds like the bags that attach to the saddle bag guards . Harley part # 90955-97 and 90939-97
