Take a look at the Tourmaster Flex 3, it takes good care of you in any wx situation or accident.

I wear a mesh jacket from leather-up.com. Even on the hottest days it's still comfortable to wear. It also comes with a removable liner for cool weather

On hot days when I still want protection (which is 99% of the time) I'll wear this: http://www.rideicon.com/product_deta...=8637&rank=110 for the protection of the leather it affords my torso. It's perforated and has a removable plated back protector. It got scuffed up but my ribs didn't back on 3/1/09.

I'll wear that vest over a t-shirt, usually long sleeve with a pair of these: http://www.rideicon.com/product_deta...y=2235&id=8680

Flame on all you want guys but after getting dusted twice in 3 years by inattentive cagers I've come to the realization that I'm scarred up enough and road rash is not my friend.

The above get-up keeps me cool and protected.

I have a Vanson Leather jacket that gives me pretty good protection. It's padded in the usual places and flows a lot of air when you're moving. It ain't cheap, but Vanson Leathers are quality products. Below is how they look.

Have this Harley Jacket.

When it's hot the panels zip off and it's a leather mess combo.

Worked great at Sturgis this year

There are a lot of choices. I wear a tourmaster armored mesh jacket when it is hot (and it does get hot here in GA). When it creeps up around the 100 degree mark, you can soak your t-shirt in water and wear the mesh jacket over it - instant air conditioning.
