Harley rental in SoCal
Do any of your socal riders know a good place to rent a harley. I have a cousin that wants to rent one out for a trip we are planning. We live in the Los Angeles county area just bordering orange county.

There's a place by LAX, Eagle somethingorother rentals. Just look up "Harley rentals" on Google Maps in the area, and there are several. A couple dealers rent too, none of them are cheap.
The one by LAX gives discounts for law enforcement.

Correction to my earlier post - Fullerton has discontinued rentals. From their website:
"Sorry our rental department is shut down do[sic] to economic times and may re-open in 2010."
I'm actually looking for a rental myself and was planning on going there since it's the closest. Guess I will ring up OC tomorrow and see what they have to offer.

This past May, I rented from Route 66 right next door to Bartel's H-D in L.A....both of us rented '09 Street Glides. Very pleased with the bikes and their service. Renting is not cheap though. If you're a HOG member, check the HOG site for discounts & don't forget to see if any roadside assistance programs you are a member of offer discounts...AAA, RoadAmerica, etc. You'd be surprised what you can save if you just check out their websites. If you do a fly and ride...which seems to save a good bit of money, he'll need to go through HOG and will have to do it at least 3 weeks beforehand.
