There is a post on the 1130 V-Rod forum about the same thing and Metzeler Tires told him to change it ASAP and the shop gave him a new one free Good luck

Tube or tubeless has nothing to do with the tire direction. It's to move water out and away from the tire.

Thanks wescoot ! You pretty much verified what I said , one other thing , once a tire is "run in" (broken in) it will make no difference due to the heat cycling of the rubber to complete the bonding process.
