I had the Surefire plugs - they work well when they stay in. Mine would work their way out after a half hour or so.... Custom is the way to go. Call a hearing aid place and have them make you some. They will fit PERFECTLY and will not work their way out. Trust me, you'll do it sooner or later, so just do it now (I spent about $100 and a couple of years trying to avoid paying $50 to get a set of custom ones.....)
