I recently got a Joe Rocket Army spec jacket I like it alot, but I don't know if I have the right to wear it. I have never been in the military. I respect our armed forces, but dont know if it would be disrespectful or not to wear it...Years ago I wore a Army jacket, and never thought twice about it...What would you do ?

What does it look like? Is it a military issue item or just an aaftermarket jacket that has military markings?
My belief is that, the right to wear any military uniform item should be earned. That said, we do live in the USA and it's a free country. You have the right to wear whatever you want.

Not to be rude, but this must now be the 1001th post in the last week about, what do I wear?

Those jackets don't look very military to me. but they do look like they're made for
crotch rocket riders.

Sorry Man you gotta send it to me ASAP and I won't tell anyone about your mistake! ;-)

If it is the one I'm thinking about its only a Mil Spec jacket meaning it passed what the Military wants us to ride in and on post. Don't worry about it. I would consider it a tribute if worn with respect.

Damn, I only saw 4 and 2 weren't serious. Now I have to search for 997 more.

Wear it. It's not an "issue" item. It's more a tribute jacket.
