Actually the prices don't seem bad when they include brake rotor, hardware, AND mounted and balanced tires...not too bad.

I don't think they're priced that bad, considering what you're getting. $2549.00 for two wheels, two tires, rotors, and all the hardware isn't that bad. I've seen prices like that for just two wheels.
