I am not sure if they have a one way rental program. I think the best one is going to be for you to decide. It depends on how tall your are. How much experience you have on big bikes.

In the touring platform the road glides get accolades for their highway handling. While some prefer the ultras. I would rent one for a weekend before making that decision on a trip of that magnitude.

I question the one way rental too. A dealer will probably charge you rental for the whole time the bike is out of their shop + return shipping! Might be better off buying at that point?

Ultra has my vote!

Buy good used one, take the trip, then sell it. Cheaper than renting a new Harley. I saw in Vegas it was $170 a day! How much could you payment be for a month? $400?

I smell an untapped business opportunity. Matching one way riders heading west with one way riders heading east right afterwards. Genius! or maybe not. I'll get back to drinking my Guinness.

A buddy of mine & his friend went out West to bring bikes back for his friend that owned an Eaglerider franchise.
Two guys rented them one way & they helped him get them back home.
So I'm pretty sure Eaglerider rents one way, just not sure of the cost.
They hooked me up with a Road King a couple of weekends ago & I noticed their rates while I was there.
A Road King was $140 a day from the Sevierville, TN location.
They had Ultras, Street Glides, you name it - all '08s.

Me and the wife was thinking about doing something like that. We want to ride the Pacific Coast Highway. Being we live in GA that would be an awesome experience.

Eaglerider has some *One Way Specials*.

Check back often, as they are always changing.

He & his wife run that Eaglerider branch.
Super nice folks!

Eagle Rider does one-way rentals across the country.

For long distance travel, you can't beat a full dresser like the Electra Glide. The storage space is very useful, and the bike is designed for long-haul comfort.
