So, you got married when you were like 10? Oh wait, I see, your 35th b-day was a few years ago. Your wife sounds cool, you're a lucky man.

My wife gets better with this stuff each year...last time we went to Austin, TX for ROT (2008) and after sitting on the loop for several hours handing out beads to the adventuresome ladies she said to me"let"s make the loop" and when we started, she pulled the top off and rode the whole loop that way (54 y/o) Wow! We get to see a lot of this not only when riding but since we live on the Mississippi coast and ride in 3 Mardi gras parades and, since that's not enough partying, we ride the St. Paddy's parade also. This combined with 2-3 bike ralleys a year we get exposed alot. Better on the parades since I don't have worry about loosing control of the bike.

Someday your wife will finally understand that our attraction to Harley motorcycles is the same as ******* and beer.
It's these things that we live for.

Tell your wife it's a Harley thing, not directed at you, and she'll have to live with it or join in
