Still waiting for a serial number, I will make a direct bank deposit to you when we are ready to get things moving along here, the next step for me will be to check with my broker to make sure I can move the frame into Canada, I can,t see a problem as I shipfrom St Loius to Canada on a monthly basis as I am a distributor of motorcycle parts here in Canada.

Build a bike with that frame with numbers on it and it will be confiscated sooner or later if it's checked. But that's not going to happen as no one will be able to register it in the first place since registration is based on the frame VIN and you'd have to be a complete idiot to build a bike that belongs to someone else. Someone or something holds the title to it. Basically the frame is worthless unless you live in Mexico or something. What i'm saying is a Harley frame with numbers and no papers is worse than useless. I'd try to sell it to someone who doesn't know any better. I live in one of the laxest states in the union for vehicle registrations and you couldn't get away with it here. I know a couple guys who bought custom built bikes from an estate with no titles and had to break them down for parts. I built one from parts several years back and had to show the certificate of origins and receipts for all the parts before they would issue a VIN for the custom frame #.
