AJ's in Mesa, AZ does the custom paint for the MOCO out here. They painted the flames on my hubby's bike. I haven't seen any photo style work, but I'm sure they'd be able to do it.

why not try getting whatever picture you want done by a graphics company. they make you the stick on graphic (just like the kind they put on cars) and then have a shop clearcoat over it....obviously they will paint your bike but before they clearcoat it they will stick on that picture you want, where you want it, then clear over it. If they clear it enough you wont even feel a ridge where the graphic is.
