riding in the rain
#22
I have rode in the rain, but avoid it as much as possible, I have never pulled over so far not to say I wouldn't, but the main thing is when I pass bikes pulled over, like this past saturday, it didn't **** me off just made me think about pulling over under the underpass myself and having some biker time. If something as trivial as that bothers you Lord help you when the idiot in the cage cuts you off, like the one before the rain when I was on the interstate.

I just wish it would rain today so I could prove how manly I am for riding in it. I think the person who started this "again" is really the poser attempting to sound all manly. I bet your Mom still has you on a curfew.

Well, actually, if ya use a church parking lot for shelter, you're tresspassing. If you use a gas station shelter without buying gas, you are tresspassing there too. So actually all you can really do is stay where you started from or go home, without stopping except to actually buy fuel or eat at a resturant. Then and only then can you put on your rain suit, but be aware not to prevent other cars from getting to the gas pumps or take up a parking space in a resturant parking lot. There are always rest areas that you can drive to for shelter every hundred miles or so. On the other hand, I wouldn't worry about what other people think and just pull off the road under a bridge and put on my rain gear.

I think they said I have alzheimers, can't remember
Phm6660 the term "crazy idiots" came from the OP of your OTHER rain/underpass thread. Don't get mixed up between them. I recommend you try again really soon to see if you can get everyone to change their opinion to suit you...I find this subject enthralling, second only to assless chaps
