Yeah, but if you think about it, most accidents are from cagers pulling out in front of bikes. And unless you're on an Ultra, most bikes cast a very small profile, with almost no color visible. You may see the clear lenses of the lights and the clear windshield and chrome forks, but the tank is mostly hidden and the front fender has a very small frontal profile. Not worth it to use blaze orange or lime green.
